Homes For All

The Homes for All campaign is a program of ONE DC. We aim to build the capacity of DC-based tenant associations so that tenants can grow and exercise our political power to win rent control, eviction protection, demand our rights, and build vital alternatives to reclaim our communities and land. We believe in Homes for people, not for profit; Affordable, dignified and permanent homes for all; And community autonomy over decisions affecting our homes through community-controlled land. We do this by returning to ONE DC's roots of building-by-building organizing, collective strategy-building and direct action, collaborative fundraising, political education and tenant leadership training, and building powerful tenant alliances across the city and the region to grow people power and demand housing justice in political decisions.

Homes For All DC is a campaign to build tenant power across the district. Watch this video to learn more!
