HFA DC Leadership Circle Meeting

Join us for an interactive gathering where we’ll focus on Part 1: How to Have an Organizing Conversation — the foundation of building our base and growing collective power.

We’ll spend time practicing how to connect with our neighbors and hold conversations that help people feel seen, heard, and ready to take a step forward.

Together, we’ll:

  • Build real connections across buildings
  • Practice how to talk to our neighbors
  • Learn how to move people from “Thanks for letting me know” → “I'll be there!”
  • Start building the kind of base it takes to win real change
  • Get ready for our upcoming canvassing days across multiple buildings

We’re excited to be joined by resident leaders and co-facilitators:

  • Dajo Henderson (Capitol Hill Towers Tenant Association)
  • Beatrice Evans (Triangle View Tenant Association)

Who will be guiding us through the training they recently participated in during the Right To The City Massachusetts Deployment, bringing back real lessons, real experiences, and what it looks like in real practice.

This is where we build confidence, relationships, and the foundation of collective power.

We’re building the Bigger WE one conversation, one relationship, one building at a time.

→ Come ready to engage, laugh, practice, and grow
→ Come ready to not do this alone anymore
