Dinah Carter will join to lead us in discussion about Community Land Trusts.

Dinah is PhD candidate at the University of Baltimore who is writing her dissertation on the early development stages of the Douglass Community Land Trust here in D.C. She will be conducting a series of interviews with folks involved in the land trust in different ways, in part to ascertain how people understand this unique form of housing and community control over land.
