Dr. Michelle Chatman is a D.C Native committed to creating healing-centered spaces for thriving. She is a professor at the University of the District of Columbia, Founder of the Black Mindfulness Summit, and one of the 10 Powerful Women in the Mindfulness Movement in 2022.
The Community Mindfulness Sessions happen every 3rd Thursday of the Month ONLINE.
