At ONE DC, we practice shared leadership by organizing through four core committees:

The Admin Committee is the behind-the-scenes powerhouse that keeps our movement running smoothly. We handle the communications, tools, and systems that make collective work possible—and we’re actively recruiting members to join us!

• Website design & maintenance

• Social media and digital strategy

• Producing the monthly e-newsletter and email blasts

• Managing the member & donor database

• Archiving and preserving ONE DC’s history of organizing

• Planning membership events & supporting member development

Our meetings are where we:

• Identify the tasks and priorities for the month

• Assign projects and collaborate as a team

• Shape long-term strategy for communications and administration
