Cracked Shells: A Bold Exploration of Gentrification, Culture, & Resilience

In partnership with filmmaker Ruth Tedla, Mothers Outreach Network, & DC GI Coalition, ONE DC is bringing back Cracked Shells. A documentary that gives a platform to those affected, sharing intimate stories highlighting the human impact of displacement. Through personal interviews, and community narratives, the film aims to preserve the legacy of Washington DC and its historical culture while calling for urgent action to protect its cultural and social fabric
