About Admin Committee
ONE DC practices our shared leadership model through self-management by committee. Admin & Organizational Management is one of 3 main committees that make up ONE DC's work (Resource Development and Organizing & Member Development are the others). We are actively recruiting ONE DC members to join. We meet on the last Monday of every month to identify what projects & tasks need to be worked on that month, identify members to take on work, & discuss long-term committee strategy.
